United States Shipping Notice

Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Due to recent changes in United States import regulations, Australia Post has temporarily suspended certain postal services to the U.S. As a result, we are currently unable to dispatch new orders from Australia to U.S. addresses.

This change is linked to the U.S. government’s removal of the “de minimis” import tax exemption (previously applied to parcels valued under $800 USD). From 29 August 2025, all parcels entering the U.S. may now be subject to tariffs, customs clearance, and additional processing.

What this means for you

At this time, we cannot guarantee delivery of orders to the United States.
Any U.S. order placed with us will be refunded in full if we are unable to dispatch it.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and resume shipping as soon as services are reliably restored.
