Processing Time:
We want to ensure your order is carefully handled, so processing may take longer than 2 business days. Please note that we don't work on weekends. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday within 48 hours. We appreciate your patience!
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, get ready for some exciting updates! You'll receive a cheerful shipment confirmation email with all the details, including a specific tracking number for your order. If you're eager to know where it's at, just drop us an email at hey@theflowerstall.co, and we'll be happy to assist!
Oops! Wrong Shipping Address:
Mistakes happen, and we're here to help! If you've accidentally provided the wrong address and we haven't sent out your order yet, simply email us at hey@theflowerstall.co, and we'll update it for you. However, if the order has already been shipped and you have the tracking link, don't worry. You can try reaching out to the courier company to redirect the delivery. Please note that if the order is returned to us, a $30 fee will be charged to cover associated costs.
Cancellation Requests:
If you need to cancel your order and we haven't shipped it yet, no problemo! We're happy to provide a full refund. Just shoot us an email at hey@theflowerstall.co. However, once the order has been sent and you have a tracking number, we won't be able to cancel it or issue a refund. We appreciate your understanding!
Oops, Damaged Products:
Uh-oh! We're so sorry to hear that your products arrived damaged. Rest assured, we've taken precautions while packing, but sometimes accidents happen. Don't worry, we've got you covered! Just send us an email at hey@theflowerstall.co with photos of the damage, and we'll swiftly assist you in resolving the issue.
Please keep in mind that in order to create those beautiful bouquets, we may have to gently bend the stems. But no worries! The stems are completely bendable, and you can always readjust them to their original position.
Shipping Times:
Every single customer and order is important to us, and we apologise for any delays that may occur. We strive to get your package on its way as soon as possible. Please refer to the dispatch times below for more information.
Please also note! All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the down under (Australia, South Australia)!
