Processing Time
Every order is carefully prepared so it arrives just right.
- Processing takes up to 2 business days
- We do not process orders on weekends
- Orders placed Friday–Sunday begin processing Monday
A little extra care goes into each bouquet — thank you for your patience.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you’ve entered the wrong address, please email us as soon as possible.
- If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll update it for you
- If it has been dispatched, you may need to contact the courier directly
If the parcel is returned to us, a $30 redelivery fee will apply.
Cancellation Requests
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and we’ll resolve it promptly.
To protect your bouquet during transit, stems may be gently bent.
They are fully flexible and can be adjusted back into place.
